Our schedules are a true reflection of the time that you have spent on the file, presented in the most favourable light. Once these schedules are sent, we utilise our bespoke case management system to ensure that we vigorously chase the other party to secure a quick and beneficial settlement.

Whenever possible we ensure that the same person who prepared the schedule of costs subsequently negotiates the settlement of the same. This way we ensure that our negotiations are based upon a full and complete understanding of the issues within the particular case.
