MRN is a member of the Solicitors Outsourcing Association. The Solicitors Outsourcing Association (SOA) is an independent, not for profit organisation, uniquely representing the interests of both solicitors and outsourcing suppliers. Members of the SOA are carefully selected based on their exemplary service levels and expertise in the legal sector. Outsourcing provides your business with many tangible benefits; the SOA endorsement guarantees you quality assurance and peace of mind.
In recognition of the fact that many of our clients assist claimants with catastrophic injuries, we have become associated with the Spinal Injuries Association. The association is a charity which has the purpose to assist people who suffer from spinal injuries and we are proud to be a sponsor of the SIA Legal Dinner taking place in London on 27th February 2014
We are proud to be partnered up with one of the largest Clinical Negligence & Serious Injury service providers in the country by offering a dedicated and bespoke specialist costs service to their panel firms.
MRN are proud to be working with Novitas Loans on its funding facilities for lawyers. Novitas will advance a law firm a percentage of their costs once cases have been settled. This can be clinical negligence, personal injury and industrial disease claims, and can be used for both litigated and non-litigated cases.
The loan is provided as a revolving facility to the law firm who can draw down funds directly into their office account against specific cases. With this facility, the law firm will improve their cash-flow, make more cash available to grow their business and allow a strengthening of relationships with third parties, such as cost consultants.
Lawyers are able to release up to 70% per case of the realistic recoverable amount
Novitas also offer a Clinical Negligence disbursement funding scheme. For more information, please contact Jonathan Bassey or Michael Joseph on 0161 830 8474
We are proud to be associated with CLAN which helps champion the causes of all those involved in commercial litigation across the UK .
We assist a growing number of nationally acclaimed clinical negligence teams with case plans and costs recovery. Over the years we have been a great supporter of AvMA which is an independent charity promoting better patient safety and justice for people who have been affected by a medical accident. We continue to work closely with them and attend their annual AvMA event.
We are proud to be associated with this leading set of chambers which has gained an unequalled reputation in the field of costs.
This set of chambers are more than happy to accept instructions via MRN and we have historically attended jointly on detailed assessment hearings.
