As Head of SLAs, Lisa’s key responsibility is to ensure the smooth processing and allocation of files to make sure all expectations and client deadlines are successfully achieved. She also plays an active support role to all members of the MRN team.

Lisa already had almost twenty years of experience in legal firms prior to joining MRN in 2012, with 14 of those working in Costs Management. Originally joining as Costs Manager, Lisa’s passion for her role is heightened by the team of loyal and dedicated fee earners at MRN who continuously work hard to meet all client deadlines.
