Kirk started working as a Senior Costs Solicitor for MRN in March 2025. He graduated from the University of Leicester in 2008, and then from the University of Law In 2010. Kirk began practising law in 2011. Following this, Kirk qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017 and has been practising as a solicitor since September 2018. During this time, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the Costs sector, particularly in relation to commercial matters. He is now an experienced legal costs expert in high-value, high-profile, complex commercial and group litigation legal costs for both Claimants and Defendants. Outside of work, Kirk is a dedicated father to his three daughters and is passionate about all things fitness.
